1-Where is my order.

If you have received an email advising you that your order has been shipped it will have a tracking number which you can use to track your item.

2-Does prices include fitting?

No. You need to get the item professionally installed.

3-Are in store Prices The Same As Online Prices?

No. Our Store Has A Larger Overhead Than Our Mail Order Center. Prices Online Are For Mail Order Customers Only. You Can Contact The Store If You Wish To Get A Price On The Item You Wish To Purchase.

4-Do you fit equipment ?

No, we do not do any installation.

5-What if I Change my mind?

If you have changed your mind and you have NOT had the item fitted to the vehicle and it’s in its original packaging, we will exchange or refund the item if returned within 14 days of purchasing.

If you have fitted the product we cannot exchange or refund the item.

6-Can I pickup my item from your store?

You can pick up your item from our store in person. Please call in advance or put a note with your order for a will call.

7-What if I change my mind after I receive my item?

If you have changed your mind, You must notify us within 14 days. You will need to send the item back to us provided it is undamaged and in original packaging with all the accessories at your own cost.

8-How long before I receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days

9-Do you have an overnight shipping service for within USA and international?

Next day delivery is available at an extra cost on all orders placed before 1.30pm.(please contact us for more information).

10-How quickly do you ship my order?
