Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your tracking number.

Are in store Prices The Same As Online Prices? 

Our Store prices are either the same or cheaper than  our online prices. Please contact us for more information.

Do you fit equipment?

No, we do not do any installation.

What if I Change my mind?

If you have changed your mind and you have NOT had the item fitted to the vehicle and it’s in its original packaging, we will exchange or refund the item if returned within 14 days of purchasing unless otherwise specified. If you have fitted the product we cannot exchange or refund the item.

Can I pick up my item from your store?

You can pick up your item from our store in person. Please call in advance or put a note with your order for a will call.

What if I change my mind after I receive my item?

If you have changed your mind, You must notify us within 14 days. You will need to send the item back to us provided it is undamaged and in original packaging with all the accessories at your own cost.

How long before I receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days

Do you have an overnight shipping service for within USA and international?

Next day delivery is available at an extra cost on all orders placed before 1.30pm.(please contact us for more information).

For international next day shipping cost please contact us as it may vary depending on your location,

How quickly do you ship my order?
